Butter-Almond Cupcake

I decided to make another try for cupcake making tonight since Darling is watching Sudiman match.

Got this recipe from internet.
Butter-alomond Cupcake
Ingredients:
1. 180g sifted cake flour
2. 2 teaspoon baking powder
3. some salt
4. 1 cup sugar
5. 150g softened butter
6. 3 eggs
7. 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (i use vanilla essence)
8. 1 cup milk

Method:
1. preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius
2. grease the bottom of cupcake pan and line with waxed cup
3. sifted together flour, baking powder and salt, set aside
4. cream sugar and butter until light
5. add eggs and vanilla essence to the creamed mixture and beat until thoroughly mixed
6. add flour mixture to creamed mixture which alternately add milk
7. beat until all the mixture is thoroughly mixed
8. pour into waxed cup, fill each cup with 3/4 full
9. bake 25-30mins
10. cool 10mins in pan, and decorate

Well,i guess this try is better than previously. but the bad thing is the waxed cup that i had is too small and i can only replaced it by muffin cup. and i thought i will fail again and thus didnt prepare icing to decorate it.

i will try again next time....
