Is a faint line means for positive pregnancy test?

We visited the Gynea again this afternoon. Am having mild stomach cramp these few days and most of all my menstrual cycle is delayed for two weeks. I'm worried there is something wrong on my MC again as it couldn't be pregnant due to the negative HPT.

Doctor perform the uterus scanning for me again. The uterus lignin is thicken but couldn't found any pregnancy sac. So, I have been asked to do a pregnancy test again, it shows a FAINT POSITIVE line on the result screen. Could I be pregnant?

I have no idea but the Doctor treated me as a pregnant woman and gave me folic acid.

We are going back with a pack of folic acid and a scanning printing and the test result. We have no idea about my result but hopefully we will be able to see the pregnancy sac in our next scanning on the coming monday.
